Leuk dat je mijn winkel bezoekt. Voor je iets gaat kopen (joepie!) even wat dingen die je misschien wel wil weten:
Ik verkoop uitsluitend gebruikte sets. Enige verkleuring en sporen van gebruik zijn niet te vermijden. Dat zie je terug in de prijs.
Koop je een set, lees dan alle info die ik er bij vermeld. Je mag me ook altijd vragen om foto's!
Als een set een onderdeel bevat dat beschadigd is, vermeld ik dat erbij. Vaak is dit onderdeel noodzakelijk om de set compleet te maken en verkoop ik het er dus bij, ook al is het beschadigd. Ik hou daarbij wel rekening met de prijs. Hetzelfde geldt voor sets die niet compleet zijn: ik vermeld welke onderdelen ontbreken en de prijs is daar op aangepast.
Kleine onderdelen en minifiguren verpak ik apart in ziplock zakjes zodat ze niet verloren gaan of beschadigd raken tijdens het transport.
Over verzenden:
De meeste orders kunnen door de brievenbus en verpak ik in een bubbeltjesenvelop. Grotere orders gaan in een doosje en worden als (brievenbus)pakje verstuurd. (Dit geldt alleen voor Nederland! Orders naar het buitenland moeten als pakket verzonden worden.)
Ik doe mijn best je order binnen 1 à 2 werkdagen (ma-vrij) te versturen, na ontvangst van je betaling. Orders waarvan de betaling in het weekend binnenkomt (za-zon) worden op maandag of dinsdag verzonden. Hou er rekening mee dat het druk is bij de bezorgdiensten en dat (met name internationale) orders langer onderweg kunnen zijn.
Je hebt keuze uit verschillende verzendmethoden, afhankelijk van de fysieke grootte van je order. Het goedkoopst is briefpost zonder track en trace (met de bijbehorende risico's: verdwaalt je bestelling in de post, is er geen enkele manier om de locatie te achterhalen). Ik raad daarom altijd verzending met track en trace aan.

Hello, nice of you to visit my store. Before you buy anything (yay!) there are some things you might like to know:
I only sell used sets. Some discolouration and playwear is unavoidable. This is reflected in the price.
When you buy a set, read all the info that goes with it. You can always ask me for photo's of the set!
When a set contains a part that is damaged, I mention it in the info. The damaged part usually completes the set, which is the reason I include it. The price of the set will be lower because of the damaged item.
I pack small parts and minifigures separately in a ziplock bag so they don't damage or get lost in transport.
About shipping:
Most orders are small enough to fit through the letterbox, I send them in bubble wrap envelopes. Due to changes in postal regulations I cannot send your order as a letter, they have to be treated as parcel post. Sadly, this means it is a little more expensive. It may also mean your order takes a bit longer to arrive, depending on where you live. I would therefore recommend shipment with track and trace.
I try to ship your order within 1 or 2 business days (Mon-Fri), after I receive your payment. If your payment arrives on a Saturday or a Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
If you live outside the Netherlands, I prefer to ship your order to you with track and trace. Small parcels could be sent without track and trace, this is a little cheaper. If you would prefer this option, request a quote. Know that shipping without track and trace is at your own risk, should your order get lost in the mail there is no way of retrieving it!
I do not ship outside the EU.
